Residential Home Inspection
A visual inspection of important home components like the roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, conforming to the InterNACHI Standards of Practice, that includes a digital report and walkthrough with the client.
Thermal imaging Add-on
Used to help detect moisture intrusion, missing insulation, electrical hotspots, and HVAC system efficiency, thermal imaging is a critical add-on to a residential home inspection.
Basic thermal imaging - limited scan of accessible key areas only, including in cabinets under sinks, around the toilet, and at the electrical panel.
Standard thermal imaging - includes basic imaging and adds scans around accessible exterior doors & windows, a selection of electrical outlets, and kitchen and laundry room scans.
Advanced thermal imaging - a comprehensive scan including standard imaging and adding on scans of accessible walls, ceiling, & floors, attic & crawl space/basement.
Drone imaging Add-on
This weather dependent service provides aerial imaging and access to hard-to-reach areas of the property to ensure a complete and thorough exterior evaluation.
